Gen. Mark Kelly, commander of Air Combat Command, certified the new F-22 Demonstration Team Pilot on Dec. 9, 2022, ahead of the 2023 air show season. Capt. Samuel “RaZZ” Larson will be replacing Maj. Joshua “Cabo” Gunderson as the commander and pilot of the F-22 Demonstration Team.

F-35 Demo Team commander Major Kristin “Beo” Wolfe followed in her father’s footsteps by pursuing a career in the Air Force, but is now establishing her own legacy in the cockpit of America’s most advanced fighters. As a senior pilot with more than 1,000 flight hours, Maj. Wolfe has gained experience flying a variety of aircraft including the T-6, T-38C, F-22A and F-35A.

As a founding member of the Air Force Heritage Flight Program, Jim Beasley, Jr. has been flying historic fighter aircraft for over 20 years and has flown in hundreds of Heritage Flights across the United States, Canada and the U.K. He has accumulated thousands of flight hours in vintage military aircraft such as the P-51 Mustang and F4U Corsair and was voted “Civilian Heritage Flight Pilot of the Year” in 2006.
