A formation of a P-51 Mustang, two A-10C Thunderbolt IIs and an F-16 came together to perform the pregame flyover above U.S. Bank Stadium. Heritage Flights like this one have become a staple of air shows across America, but this is the first time that the team has been involved in the Super Bowl.

Besides this being the first time the Air Force Heritage Flight Team has performed at the Super Bowl, there’s an interesting mix of aircraft flying over U.S. Bank Stadium. There are four planes representing three generations of aircraft for the flyover: one F-16, two A-10s and a P-51.
